Simple, inexpensive, clean Japanese food! Look at all the seafood in my nabeyaki for a low price. Yum The tofu in the nabeyaki was very flavorful

Mediocre, poorly cut sushi. The salmon was particularly disappointing, the unagi was not well rendered, the scallops were good. The price was decent, that's a plus. I got six pieces of nigiri. Usually a small portioning of rice is a good thing, but in this case the rice under the fish was so small that I could barely hold the piece of nigiri without it falling apart and there were scraggly bits of fish dangling so it was messy to eat, like it was cut with a dull knife. Just bizarre. The greeting I received when I got there was not warm and not friendly, like they didn't want me there. Definitely not welcoming. I've never been there before so I sat down anyway, I wanted to try. She seemed very disappointed that it was just me, alone, having lunch. Strange vibe. I finished quickly and tipped well, the only smile I got there was when I was done and said I was ready for the check. They just didn't like me on sight? No idea. I definitely wouldn't return.

Open late on Sundays when most other places are closed in the area. Sushi was very reasonably priced and satisfying. The tea was loose leaf and not from a bag which we prefer. Service was everything I expected and it has a cozy homey vibe. No frills, no pomp, but what I was looking for.

I like it here, the taste is very good. Before starting our ordered meal, they gave us a free soup that we really enjoy drinking. The avocado on top of the caterpillar roll is very fresh. We will come back again.

Great rolls, great prices, beautiful interior despite small space. On my first visit, I decided to get some avocado rolls and I found this restaurant. I paid $8.60 for two avocado maki rolls, each roll being six pieces. The avocado was ripe and the rolls were a good size. If you decide to visit this restaurant, you should dine-in. This restaurant does to-go orders, but they're really dine-in oriented. On a different visit, I dined in and had the chicken donburi, California roll, and mushroom roll. The chicken donburi was filling, the California roll was wonderful, but the mushroom roll was extremely salty. My total was $21.55 before tax. This restaurant has great prices and great food, which is why I recommend checking it out.
